General Description of Position: Responsible for the design, development, delivery, coordination, and maintenance of a portfolio of training programs to include but not limited to technology software, products, business processes, and change management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and conduct in-person, virtual, and on-line training during the implementation of new systems for current colleagues and provide additional on-going training as needed to ensure a successful use and adoption
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers, and peer trainers to ensure that we meet the needs of end-users
- Incorporate feedback to improve and expand training offerings
- Document system functionality and business processes to support the development of training programs
- Create and maintain training content, supporting documentation, and knowledge base materials
- Coordinate and oversee the overall user training schedule for multiple training offerings in collaboration with operational leaders
- Participate in and provide input to digital transformation team, especially from a colleague training perspective
- Create measurable learning objectives for all training content, develop needs assessments for the organization, and measure the overall effectiveness of training offerings
- Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of all training courses within the designated portfolio
- Contribute and maintain training content, events, and reports in the Learning Management System (LMS). Produce and acquire comprehensive, in-depth systems training materials, and deliver and coordinate training for multiple products
- Coordinate with vendors to provide training sessions, continuous education, and certifications
- Coordinate training activities to include scheduling and course logistics
- Report to upper management progress and success of work on a full suite of portfolio training
- Perform other duties as assigned
