Hargray is currently seeking a Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis who will play a key role in optimizing the business and supporting the company’s growth by proactively working with functional area leaders across the organization on various financial planning activities including monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic analyses.

During this experience, you will wear multiple hats and juggle many competing priorities.  So, if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can complete projects independently, this might be the right gig for you. We need folks who bring loads of enthusiasm and positive energy to their work.  In addition, this role collaborates with other departments on a daily basis to provide recommendations and/ or solutions. Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Lead and prepare key components of the monthly rolling-12 forecast to include partnering with functional area leaders to obtain input and developing meaningful supporting financial analyses
  • Support the annual budget process including developing financial tools and analyses as well as working with functional area leaders in refining their respective budgets into useful management tools
  • Serve as an insightful analytical partner to internal customers by developing actionable analytical tools to support decision making around process improvements, strategic initiatives, and investment opportunities
  • Mentor junior analyst colleagues
  • Perform other ad hoc financial analyses and related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

 

Minimum Requirements

 

  • BS in finance, accounting or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
  • 3-6 years’ relevant experience; telecom industry experience a plus
  • Strong work ethic – self-motivated, reliable, accountable, dedicated, collegial, principled
  • A customer service mindset and strong interpersonal skills with the propensity to interact comfortably and effectively with all levels across the organization
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and focus on the most critical tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Adaptive Insight experience a plus
