General Description of Position:

Developing meaningful analysis to support the decision making at all levels across the organization.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop Budget Variance reporting and analysis on a monthly basis
  • Gather, analyze, and chart available data to show monthly operations and performance of the company
  • Architect periodic reporting as business needs require, and work with reporting coordinators to implement regular distribution of these materials
  • Use data modelling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
  • Serve as a proactive partner to internal customers at all levels across the organization in developing meaningful analysis to support decision making
  • Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
  • Gather data about a specific business unit including but not limited to subscriber lines, revenues, marketing metrics, call statistics, field operations activities, labor productivity, and sales results

 

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Willingness and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high energy level
  • Excellent communications and teamwork skills; must be able to effectively advise and interact with business leaders in other parts of the company
  • Ability to analyze large data sets
  • Experience with financial and operational reporting
  • Familiarity with accounting practices
  • Understanding of data warehousing and database structures
  • Strong data handling skills, particularly in Excel
  • Requires discretion regarding sensitive Company information
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
