We have a need for a best-in-class marketer who will be responsible for directing all facets of marketing communications: from establishing and leading the overall strategic direction of the brand and products to implement campaigns and programs that exceed sales goals, deliver outstanding revenue growth and maximize the return on marketing dollars invested. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Works with the residential and commercial business leaders and with cross-functional partners across the company to build and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic, units and revenue growth across all sales channels.
  • Leads the creation and execution of marketing plans and programs that support new products and services.
  • Develops and nurtures a brand identity and positioning that is competitively differentiating and implements communications plans that extend the brand across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manages the relationships with the advertising/digital agencies and market research companies, providing direction, defining priorities, and setting timelines.

  • Manages and optimizes the marketing budget, media mix, and channel allocations.
  • Utilizes strong analytical and research capabilities to evaluate challenges and opportunities. 
  • Proposes and manages marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.

Job Requirements

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline required, MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing strongly preferred.
  • 10 years of increasing responsibility in marketing roles with at least 5 years in a leadership role with an Internet Service Provider.
  • Deep experience planning, implementing and optimizing direct mail, TV, radio, out of the home, and digital campaigns (web, email, search, display, social media, etc.) across different segments (residential and commercial).
  • Brand Management experience: Demonstrated experience creating unique value propositions and strategies that “move the needle”.
  • Proven track record of building successful marketing programs to accomplish strategic objectives and increase penetration among key market segments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a complex workload with multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a focus on measuring results and improving performance.
  • Experience in managing agency relationships, conducting market research and managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in a fun, fast-paced and changing environment
  • High-level problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Experience implementing marketing automation programs is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and familiar with the following software/tools: Google Analytics, Salesforce and Marketing Automation tools.
