The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support the expansion and growth of Hargray’s services and products. This role would require an in-depth knowledge of Hargray products and market goals. This role should have a deep understanding of digital marketing and how integrated campaigns work and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing strategy utilizing paid, owned, earned, and shared channels
  • Accurately interpret creative briefs to develop compelling copy and visual elements within brand guidelines that engage target audiences
  • Maintains, updates, and creates web and landing pages and blog, applying basic SEO principles
  • Interfacing with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business product marketing teams. Leading ongoing management of digital touchpoints, including Hargray home page and other sections, social networking landing pages, and mobile
  • Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules. Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. In-depth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs
  • Presenting recommendations to Manager, Digital Marketing and with Director of Marketing. Developing and coordinating multimedia packages
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks from concept through completion to meet deadlines Seeks to create award-winning work that champions the corporate brand and enthusiastically tells the Hargray story
  • Supports Digital Manager and performs other related duties as assigned to ensure the effective operation of the department
  • Explores emerging tactics and recommends new approaches to reach and convert target audiences
  • Envisions and delivers customer delight by embracing the culture and core values of the organization

 

Job Requirements

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphics related field
  • 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production. Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
  • Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, microsites, and social media applications
  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business
  • Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Drupal web design and SEO
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Photography, video and audio production, recording and editing a plus
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Framemaker, DreamWeaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS
