General Description of the position

Develop and maintain enterprise and applications architecture standards and roadmaps supporting our portfolio of products, applications and integrations in partnership with other architects, business stakeholders and technical writers.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and manage end-to-end enterprise architecture
  • Lead collaborative team of cross-functional colleagues to envision and document evolving enterprise architecture roadmaps along product and equipment life cycles
  • Work closely with vendors and strategic partners that support our portfolio of enterprise systems and integrations, assess, and evolve existing enterprise technologies to increase performance, security, and efficiency
  • Prepare executive status reports or correspondence concerning enterprise architectural milestones, technical roadmaps, and lifecycle maintenance
  • Continuously evaluate emerging enterprise technology trends and identify opportunities that may benefit the business and incorporate in the technical roadmap as appropriate
  • Partner with technical writer to produce standards documents for current and future deployments
  • Verify systems and applications are being deployed as designed
  • Ensure design standards are not only state of the art but also in alignment with industry best practices

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications  

  • In-depth understanding of enterprise systems and architectures covering end to end solutions supporting, systems integration, infrastructure engineering, and network operations
  • 5-10 years of experience as an enterprise architect gathering requirements and developing comprehensive enterprise architectures that meet functional and performance expectations
  • At least 5 years of experience developing/leading architectural development in large enterprises
  • Strong soft skills, such as critical thinking, verbal/written communications and leadership
  • TOGAF certification preferred
