General Description –

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for generating proposals for the entire suite of Hargray Managed IT Service products in all markets working in support of the Outside SalesForce and vCIO Program. The Sales Administrator will also be accountable for taking a detail-oriented approach to the quotation process, building subject matter expertise over all HMITS solutions, and developing relationships with outside vendors. The role requires someone representing all company products and services to assigned customers while managing the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met.

Duties and Responsibilities –

  • Help close and grow sales through professional communication with sales staff, vCIO staff, new prospects, and existing clients in our book of business
  • Work closely with all vCIO Consultants and sales staff to position new sales opportunities to existing clients by upselling and renewing
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements – consulting with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs
  • Contemporaneously record all activities, notes, and documentation in ConnectWise
  • Identify and resolve client concerns; recommending a course of action to alleviate these concerns in the future
  • Work with the vCIO Consultant and outside sales team to ensure customer project requirements are met
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies
  • Submit prospective customer engagement plans, schedule client meetings and action plans for follow-up
  • Build and development relationships with all distribution and channel partner and product offerings
  • Develop submit matter expertise surrounding all Hargray Managed IT Service solution costing and pricing

 

 

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications –

  • 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience, in magnifying opportunities in closing client deals
  • Experience with the managed IT services is an added advantage
  • Corporate technology sales and/ or HaaS, SaaS experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
  • Previous experience with delivering presentations to potential clients
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • CRM Experience (ConnectWise)
