General Description of Position:

The responsibilities in this role require you to work closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute all recruiting strategies to successfully source candidates for the assigned new market roles. You will also be required to ensure that an ongoing pool of qualified candidates meets the hiring needs for those new markets. This role requires heavy travel (75%) to new markets to facilitate the hiring and interviewing process in GA, FL, and AL.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop specific recruiting strategies to build an ongoing, ready pipeline of qualified candidates. Strategies must be all-encompassing to incorporate all available recruitment sources while building a consistent approach across the assigned region.
  • Partner with the Hiring Managers to develop hiring plans for each recruiting assignment and strategies to proactively recruit and meet hiring needs
  • Review existing hiring and interviewing processes and practices and make recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the new markets Involves making regular site visits, learning about unique departmental needs, and establishing effective strategies to drive the applicant hiring process for a better interview to hire ratios
  • Research competitors and market place
  • Researches and has a deep knowledge of each position responsible for recruiting for
  • Research and develop recruiting leads including maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Map role criteria define position description and document specifications
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Conduct initial screening interviews
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries to hiring managers
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Follow up with hiring managers and assist with the new hire’s transition and onboarding process
  • Network and build long-lasting relationships with prospective candidates and colleagues
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the related field
  • 4 or more years of related recruiting experience
  • Preferably IT or Telecom Industry background
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Proven experience in Deep understanding of recruitment processes
  • Good Communication skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
  • Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • Excellent organizational and process management skills
  • Client focus along with relationship building skills
  • Business acumen and market insight
  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality
