Job Description

The Manager of Corporate Accounting is a highly visible role within the company and supports the Director of Corporate Accounting with the annual external audit, income tax compliance, and debt compliance reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to the following.

  • Perform research on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) pronouncements and assist with compliance efforts.
  • Draft accounting memoranda supporting new accounting pronouncements.
  • Maintain accounting schedules and monitor associated accounts to ensure proper accounting
  • Research account activity and draft correcting entries as needed
  • Provide support to purchase accounting efforts
  • Draft financial statement footnotes
  • Coordinate and support the annual external audit by the independent certified public accountants.
  • Assist with the preparation of the quarterly and annual financials and debt compliance filings
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure effective operation of department
  • Learn supporting financial systems and subledgers.


Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 4 years of combined public accounting and private company experience required.
  • CPA required.
