In this role you will be involved with each acquisition from due diligence through integration into Hargray systems and processes. The primary focus is to mine data from the target acquisition systems, map the data to the Hargray reporting format and to support the financial model development and ongoing financial reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data mining of the acquisition target data, including KPIs and financial data for inclusion in the detailed financial valuation model and integration operational plan.
  • Participate in the end-to-end acquisition process including due diligence, and post-closing integration tasks such as preparing monthly KPI reporting, financial results, forecasts, and budgets of newly acquired businesses.
  • Ad hoc analyses and other special projects.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong data handling skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and database structures.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communications and teamwork skills; must be able to effectively advise and interact with business leaders in other parts of the company.
  • Willingness and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high energy level.
  • Requires discretion regarding sensitive company information.
  • Capacity to work flexible hours to include overtime, weekends, to meet time-sensitive deliverables.
  • May require travel to target acquisition location.
